In a content analysis of a sample of educational documents, indicators of educational liberalism were identified in educational foundations, goals, contents, and methods. In foundations signs are the emphases on learning for the sake of learning, development of free individual, the relation between knowledge and reality, and on rationality. As for the educational goals, the emphasis on values, critical thinking, nobility, and the development of all aspects of human beings are all indicative of educational liberalism. The same is true of the contents because they include the learning of things that come handy in life or add to the learners' knowledge, like history and literature. Finally the methodological indicators of liberalism are the use of dialectic method along side of induction, lecturing, questions and answers, and repetition and memorization.

Shiite messianic expectation approach is not just look to the future, but is a school of thought for the modern man and as an educational system; it has its own specific goals, principles and methods. This paper aims to explore and recognize the traditions and teachings of the Mahdism expectation educational goals using library resources and descriptive analysis. Because absence of the Imam of the Time is due to the fact that human population is not ready to accept the Imam, the expectation as a gift from God, is seen to relieve the human from the disadvantage due to Absence of Imam, and seeks to correct the human relationship with the divine Caliphate. Thus, the educational goals are focused on Imams including Imam's wisdom and love and obeyance, as each one leads to the ultimate goals of divine knowledge, divine love and devotion and piety. Also some minor objectives and interfaces are discussed in the following such as self - knowledge, knowledge of who is the enemy, understanding the nature, self -love, friendship with friends of God and enmity with enemies of God, and love for all beings, the realization of the unity of self - regulation of relations with other people in the political, social, economic and cultural aspects and proper enjoyment of nature.

The growing number of kindergartens and their sometimes inappropriate content in certain regions of the country has raised concerns for parents and authorities. The preliminary question is what Islam’s stance on kindergartens is and whether the establishment and increasing prevalence of them will harm children’s upbringing, especially their religious education. Moreover, the main question is whether, if kindergartens are generally approved in Islam, there are any references in Islam and its primary texts that can guide the determination of kindergarten curricula. Based on the findings of this paper, the operational goals of education, which are prerequisites for kindergarten educational content, encompass at least seven educational dimensions. The methodology employed in this article is rooted in the well-recognized method of the seminary schools, which is jurisprudential. In this way, the researcher examines verses and narrations and, using foundational jurisprudential principles, discovers the rulings related to various subjects, both normative and descriptive. The main proposal of this paper is that seminary schools should address this issue as a priority topic given their intellectual and spiritual capabilities, and practical models should be developed in collaboration with the education system.

Criticism is judging the merits and demerits of something and showing its weaknesses and strengths. Textbook evaluation, as a small step in learning and teaching process, can help teachers and learners find books that suit their needs and likes. In the present article, the book ‘ Educational Psychology’ (the 13th global edition) authored by Anita Woolfolk (2016) is reviewed and evaluated. This is a qualitative evaluation based on the writer’ s experience in teaching this source in postgraduate classes for several years. To do so, the formal characteristics and the content of the book and the degree of its success in fulfilling the objectives, which are mentioned in the introduction of the book, are examined. Although this book, like any other book, is not flawless, it can surely be recommended to those who are interested in the learning-teaching process. It is hoped that, via this article, this book would be read and used by more people in the scientific community of Iran.

2The performance of organizational human resources is established in the form of organizational policy-making. Educational policy-making, along with research policy-making, is a complete individual comprehensiveness in the organization. In today's era, it is not possible to use educational policy-making to achieve the final goals of the organization, so that research policy-making needs to be used along with educational policy. Therefore, the present study aimed to assess the policy-research approach along with the educational policy of educational units. The descriptive review study to simultaneously investigate educational policy-making and research policy-making in university departments. A query was conducted on databases in Persian and English from 2014-2022 using the following keywords: Policy-research, policy-research, educational policy, educational policy-making, education, education system, and university education system. As a result of the search and application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 98 articles were retrieved, including the searched texts, books, and documents. Finally, 24 papers were included in the present study. The findings demonstrated that studies with an educational policy approach are clearly better than studies with a research approach in the desired policies. Nonetheless, the integration of educational and research policies has been the leading way of scientific synergy. Modern educational services are not possible without research services; moreover, making educational decisions is not feasible and cost-effective without the use of policy-research.

Islam, as a school of thought, has its own educational system. This system is basicly different from other systems in the educational fields. In the present time, researches on the origins of these distinctions with regards to the realms of human life are necessary.Explaining the elements of education including goals, curriculeum, method, evaluation etc On one hand requires theorization in the realns of human life, and on the other hand inferring its consequences and training reasons. Goal, as an essential element in Islamic education requires new definitions. The purpose of this essay is explaining the Islamic educational goals on the basis of realms of human life.

The purpose of this study is to explain and examine the educational goals of the second phase of the revolution statement. The research method was descriptive-analytical. First, the goals of the statement were identified, each of the goals, according to the subject, was included in one of the six main domains of education, and then they were examined and analyzed. Results showed that the educational goals of the socio-political domain have the largest frequency. The goals of this domain define the duties and obligations of individuals in socio-political activities and cause them to play a role and ultimately gain more prestige for Iran in the international communities. The educational goals of the religious and moral domain are in the second place meaning that if all the conditions are ready for the role-playing of individuals, but they are indifferent to the realization of the goals of the religious and moral domain, the ultimate goal of education, which is the divine gratification, cannot be achieved. The frequency of the goals of the economic and professional domain is very close to that of the scientific and technological domain, indicating the close relationship between these domains, because after equipping and strengthening scientific and technological infrastructure, we will observe economic and professional growth and development. Aesthetic and artistic, biological and physical domains have the least frequencies indicating that implementation of the comprehensive and sufficient instructions will pave the way for vitality, hope, and attention to human capacities in a society, and the goals of these two domains will be achieved automatically.

The issue of endowment (waqf) is one of the most important issues in the history of Islamic Iran. This importance stems from its impact on various religious, political, social, and economic aspects. Therefore, in the history of Iran, governments have always tried to interfere in the affairs of endowments. The first Pahlavi government also followed the same method. This government made fundamental changes in endowment affairs, as in other areas including political, economic, social, and cultural structures of Iran in the Qajar era. The present study aims to answer the question of: How was the endowment affairs organized in the first Pahlavi era and what were its educational goals? The historical method and archival documents, publications, and other historical sources were used in this study. The findings show that the Pahlavi government during a ten-year process, through the approval of new laws, was succeeded in organizing endowments and making changes in that area with the aim of quantitatively and qualitatively developing the country’, s educational system. This goal was achieved by using endowments and spending the proceeds of endowments in the fields of construction (construction of educational buildings), education (promotion of education and provision of educational resources), and publishing books.

The aim of this study was to investigate the components and educational goals of local indigenous games with a qualitative method based on the results of related research. The research approach was qualitative and its method was traditional research in which the research is classified into the forms system selection and clear analysis. The study corpus included articles related to local indigenous games since 2006. From 120 articles collected in a targeted manner, 39 articles were selected based on data saturation. The beginning of the theory and the main themes of employment were coded and classified. The results showed that the conceptual model included categories related to learning component which had three logics governing the goals of indigenous-local games included pay attention to all dimension and human evolution, coherence between national unity and multicultural, individual and social education.
